What are embeddings and RAG, in plain language?
Embeddings turn your documents into a form a computer can search by meaning, not just by keyword. Retrieval augmented generation (RAG) means that when someone asks a question, the AI first finds the most relevant passages in your documents, then writes its answer from them. The answer is based on your information, not on guesswork.
Is this the same as ChatGPT?
It uses similar language technology, but it is built around your own information and your rules. A general chatbot cannot see your policies or your data. Your company AI can, and it answers from them.
Is our data safe?
We build on Microsoft's enterprise platforms, and before we build anything we walk you through how your data will be stored, who can access it, and how it is protected. Nothing happens without your understanding and consent. Our privacy policy sets out our commitments.
What kind of documents can it use?
