Who is the training for?
Anyone in your business who works on a computer. We run sessions for general staff, for managers, and for technical teams, and we pitch the content to the group in the room.
Which platforms do you train on?
Microsoft first: Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Azure, and Microsoft AI including Copilot and Copilot Studio. If your team also uses other platforms, tell us and we will confirm.
Can the training be online?
Yes. Sessions run live online or in person at an agreed venue. Course materials are supplied electronically either way.
What if we need to reschedule?
Our cancellation policy sets out how rescheduling and refunds work for training bookings, including free rescheduling when you give enough notice.
What does it cost?
It depends on the number of days and attendees, so you get a clear quote before any training starts. If you book 5 training days or more, the first day is free.
